Shipping policy

We offer to ship to most locations in India.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.

Shiprocket is our shipping aggregator. We generally use Amazon Shipping, Bluedart, FedEx, Ecom Express, Borzo or Delhivery for all our shipments. Track your order.

Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. However, once we make that service available, there will be a nominal charge for cash on delivery if your pin code is supported. If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed.

Shipping and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable. These charges may be refundable only if the product delivered has any quality issues. Please refer to the 'Refund policy' page for more information.
